Important rules for Watergate I owners, guests, and renters.

General Rules
- Keep window and sliding glass door weep holes free of all debris and sand
- Change smoke detector batteries yearly
- If water is coming into your unit from one above, call the unit owner of that unit. If it is from a common pipe, call Resort To Us
- Current working keys to your unit must be provided to Resort To Us
- If your unit is vacant for 24 hours or more, the main water valve and water heater must be turned off
- Owners are permitted one pet
- Nothing is to be attached to balcony railings (flags, shelves, planters etc.)
Remodeling/Alterations to your unit
- Use of the trash dumpster for debris (toilets, rugs, storm doors etc.) is prohibited
- Any alterations visible from outside your unit (new storm doors etc.) must be approved by the BOD prior to the work starting
- Any work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring or installation/replacement of windows, doors (entry and/or sliding) dishwasher, icemaker, washing machine or non-vented dryer must have a completed Architectural Application prior to the work commencing
Renting your Unit
- BOD must be notified and annual fee paid prior to renting
- A rental license from the Town of OC is required
- License must be posted and visible from the outside (entrance door or bedroom window)
- Owners are responsible for the behavior/damage caused by their guests and renters
- Renters are not permitted to bring a pet
Off Season (November thru March)
- Outside furniture, pots, etc. must be removed from the balconies
- Heat must be set at 55 degrees F or higher
